Return & Refund Policy
Understanding our policy for custom-made dome labels and stickers.

IMPORTANT: Custom Products Are Non-Refundable
All custom dome labels and stickers are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE once production has begun. Since every order is 100% custom-made to your exact specifications, we cannot accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality or manufacturing defects.
By placing an order with Dome Prints, you acknowledge and accept that your custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except as outlined in our Quality Guarantee section below.
1. Non-Returnable Situations
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- ✗Wrong size or quantity ordered: If you selected incorrect dimensions or quantity during ordering
- ✗Change of mind: After production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled
- ✗Color variations: Slight differences between monitor display and printed product due to screen calibration
- ✗Design preferences: Changes to design, layout, or artwork after production has started
- ✗Customer-provided errors: Mistakes in artwork, text, or specifications provided by you
2. Quality Guarantee (Exceptions)
While custom orders are non-refundable, we stand behind the quality of our work. We will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:
- ✓Manufacturing defects: Issues with production quality, material defects, or workmanship errors
- ✓Incorrect specifications: If we produced the wrong size, quantity, or design from what you ordered
- ✓Damaged in shipping: Products damaged during transit (with photographic evidence)
- ✓Our production errors: Mistakes made by our team during the production process
To report a quality issue: Contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@domeprints.com with clear photographs and your order number. Physical return of items is NOT required for quality claims.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Production Starts
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Production typically begins within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
After Production Starts
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced, as materials have been allocated and manufacturing has begun specifically for your custom order.
To cancel an order: Contact us immediately at info@domeprints.com or call +1 302 200 4433. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.
4. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under our Quality Guarantee:
- •Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval
- •Refunded to your original payment method
- •Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours
- •You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Note: It may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
5. Late or Missing Deliveries
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
- •Contact us with your order number and tracking information
- •We will investigate with the shipping carrier
- •If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund
- •For significant delays caused by us, we may offer store credit for future orders
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure your satisfaction, please:
- •Review your order carefully before submitting - check dimensions, quantity, and design
- •Provide accurate specifications and high-quality artwork files
- •Understand color variations may occur between screen and print
- •Inspect your order upon delivery and report issues within 14 days
- •Contact us immediately if you need to make changes or cancel
