📦 Shipping Overview

At Dome Prints, we strive to deliver your custom dome labels as quickly as possible. Since every order is made-to-order, production time is required before shipping. Below you'll find detailed information about our processing times, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Custom orders are produced after payment confirmation. Production time does not include shipping time.

3-5 business days for most custom dome label orders

Large or Complex Orders

5-7 business days for high-volume or intricate designs

Rush Production

1-2 business days available upon request (additional fees apply)

Note: Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. Production typically begins within 24 hours of order confirmation. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your delivery needs:

Standard Shipping

Delivery: 5-7 business days after production

Reliable USPS or FedEx Ground service. Best for non-urgent orders.

Expedited Shipping

$24.99

Delivery: 2-3 business days after production

Faster delivery via FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority Mail.

Express Shipping

$39.99

Delivery: 1-2 business days after production

Premium overnight or next-day delivery via FedEx Express.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination.

⚠️ International Customers:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees. These are NOT included in our shipping cost.
  • Customs Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to customs clearance processes beyond our control.
  • Contact Your Customs Office: For questions about duties and taxes in your country.

5. Shipping Restrictions & Requirements

📍 Address Requirements

  • Accurate address required: You are responsible for providing correct shipping information
  • No address changes after shipment: Cannot reroute packages once shipped
  • Update before production: Contact us immediately if you need to change your address

🚫 Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: Available for Standard Shipping only (not Express)
  • Military APO/FPO: Contact us for availability and rates
  • Restricted countries: We cannot ship to embargoed or restricted territories

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

📦 Lost Packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Verify the delivery address in your confirmation email
  3. Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us if still not received - we'll investigate with the carrier
  5. We'll provide a replacement or refund after investigation

⚠️ Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect upon delivery: Check package condition before accepting
  2. Photograph damage: Take clear photos of box and contents
  3. Contact us within 48 hours: Email photos and details to info@domeprints.com
  4. Keep all packaging: May be needed for carrier claim
  5. We'll handle it: File claim with carrier and send replacement

Our Commitment: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

7. Holiday Shipping & Peak Seasons

During major holidays and peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year):

  • Production times may be extended by 1-2 business days
  • Carrier delivery times may experience delays
  • Order early to ensure delivery before important dates
  • Rush production available for urgent holiday orders (fees apply)
