Construction and finish

Adhesive selection

Standard adhesive

Use for clean, smooth, flat surfaces such as glass, finished metal, and smooth plastic.

3M high-tack adhesive

Use for rough or textured surfaces, curves, low-energy plastics, or more demanding outdoor applications. Adhesion depends on the exact substrate, finish, contamination, temperature, and geometry, so test aphysical sample when performance is critical.

Artwork requirements

Size, shape, and quantity

Dimensions are entered in inches and checked by the online configurator. The acceptable dimensions can depend on the selected shape and artwork, so use the configurator as the current source of truth. Contact sales for unusually narrow, oversized, multi-part, or specification-controlled designs.

Online orders support quantities from one to 10,000 pieces. Per-piece pricing improves with volume; programs above 10,000 pieces or scheduled repeat orders should use the RFQ path.

Production and delivery

Standard production is approximately five business days after proof approval. Transit is additional. Current checkout delivery destinations are the United States and Canada; see theshipping policy for timing and customs information.
