How to use the worksheet
- Complete the project-details column before requesting an adhesive or material recommendation.
- Agree on the sample construction, evaluation conditions and acceptance criteria with your team.
- Apply the sample to a representative production part and keep before-and-after observations.
- Record approval alongside the artwork revision, dimensions, quantity and material identification.
A useful review distinguishes the printed face from the bond to the part. A sample can look clear while an edge has lifted, or remain bonded while the appearance no longer meets the brief. Record both.

Use custom dome labels for artwork, dimensions and pricing; durable labels for handling and cleaning; and weatherproof labels for outdoor exposure. The technical specifications list current ordering options.
Keep the conclusion within the evidence
A short sample evaluation helps check fit, artwork and application issues. It does not establish a multi-year outdoor lifetime or a certification. Where a project specifies a test method, temperature, chemical process or regulated marking, request the relevant material evidence before approval.

Frequently asked questions
Does this checklist certify a label for my application?
No. It helps document requirements and sample observations. A certification or test result requires appropriate evidence for the actual materials and conditions.
Can I use this worksheet with another label supplier?
Yes. The application questions can be used to brief a supplier or compare proposals. Keep the material identification and evidence specific to each proposal.
How do I start a DomePrints sample review?
Complete the project details and send them with an application review request, or order the $50 custom sample pack using your artwork. Agree on the material selection and evaluation criteria before drawing conclusions from the samples.
